We collect contact details to stay in touch with our creators and occasionally addresses to send gifts or awards. Live performance data, such as diamonds or hours live, is kept strictly internal.
Retention:
We retain personal data only for the duration that a creator is part of our network. Once they leave, we delete their data, unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Sharing:
We share data only with the creator’s explicit consent. This may include sharing with TikTok (which already has platform data) or other creators in our network. We never share with third parties beyond this, unless required by applicable laws in the Netherlands, UK, Germany, France, or Belgium.
Rights:
Creators have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data. They can also object to certain processing or request data portability. They may contact us via email or through the dedicated WhatsApp group they share with their assigned live agent and management.
Changes:
Updates to this Privacy Policy are communicated via our Creator Community WhatsApp Group, with significant changes also sent by personal email.
